Our vineyards in Brauneberg have a slope gradient of 60-70% and have a South, South-Western exposure. The very slatey reddish soil with a high mineral content enables us to produce very elegant and racy wines with lots of fruit and complexity.
Wine Description
Elegant and juicy with a harmonious balance. Aromas of water - and honeymelon, a bit of quince and wild strawberries. The wine is enchanting with a high density and concentration. The complexity is underlined by a lively acidity, a filigran minerality and a very long finish.
Food Affinities
Simply on ist own or with scallops, sweet and sour Asian dishes or even pan seared goose liver.
