Bernkasteler Graben

The Bernkasteler Graben vineyard is located right next to the famous Berncasteler Doctor. Very old Riesling vines grow here on a slope gradient of almost 60%. This produces highly elegant and fruity wines with lots of finesse, which are most often produced in unforgettable higher pradikat, sweeter styles of wine.

Wine Description
A wonderful well structured and concentrated ripe Spätlese. It makes one think of ripe oranges and candied fruit. A ripe fruitbowl with yellow stonefruit and a hint of eucalyptus. The profound minerality combined with a lively tartness provide this complex wine with an impressive character.
